Simulacrum (simulacrumai.io) turns a résumé into a running wealth engine — a career-to-wealth simulation platform with 49 AI agents across five income layers. We help professionals see the consequences of their career and money decisions before they live them.
What you own
Coaching Layer 1 (Active Income) & Layer 2 (Leveraged Income) agent setup · contact / CRM setup · the first simulation · free-to-paid conversion · the second-simulation nudge.
Key responsibilities
- Coach users to configure Layer 1 agents (rate card, outreach, booking) and Layer 2 agents (group coaching, workshops, waitlist) with realistic parameters.
- Set up each customer's contacts / CRM and run their first simulation to a visible result.
- Own the free-to-paid conversation and convert engaged free users to a $167 simulation.
- Drive expansion — the second simulation on a second expertise zone.
- Turn the Playbook's parameter sheets into hands-on coaching.
- Feed conversion and coaching insight back to Growth and Product.
How success is measured
North star
Free-to-paid conversion (the 35% / 350 payers) and simulations per payer (the 1 → 2).
Supporting
Time-to-first-result · coaching throughput · repeat-run rate.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, coaching, consulting or high-touch sales.
- A consultative closer who converts by delivering value, not pressure.
- Fast to master a technical product and coach others to configure it.
- Comfortable with numbers and parameters (rates, funnels) — can help users pick realistic inputs.
- Empathy for career-changers paired with drive for a conversion target.
Nice to have. Familiarity with freelancing / consulting economics and CRM tools.
