About Simulacrum
Simulacrum (simulacrumai.io) turns a résumé into a running wealth engine — a career-to-wealth simulation platform with 49 AI agents across five income layers. We help professionals see the consequences of their career and money decisions before they live them.
What you own
Customer ingestion (account, résumé upload, expertise-zone recognition, bio-page publish) · live workshop sessions · the onboarding sequence.
Key responsibilities
- Run group onboarding and live workshop sessions for both individual users and corporate cohorts.
- Guide customer ingestion: account setup, résumé upload, expertise-zone review and bio-page publish.
- Build and maintain the onboarding sequence and quick-start materials.
- Drive activation — get each user to their first completed simulation fast.
- Design cohort-based delivery so a team of four can serve 1,000 users (group over 1:1).
- Hand activated users to the Coaching lead for agent setup and conversion.

Activation rate — the share of signups who reach their first simulation.

Workshop completion rate · time-to-activation · session NPS.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in onboarding, customer education, training, facilitation or teaching.
- An excellent live facilitator who can run a room and keep a cohort moving.
- Builds repeatable onboarding processes and materials, not one-offs.
- Patient, clear communicator, at ease with non-technical users.
- Organized enough to run recurring cohorts on a schedule.
Nice to have. Instructional design; experience in career services or adult education.

Every teammate is fully platform-fluent — able to demo Simulacrum, onboard a user end to end, run a workshop, and coach Layer 1 and Layer 2 agent setup — so anyone can cover a session or a coaching block.
